Tigers are a moderate favorite possibly because of the extreme difficulty of sweeping a home team. Tiger's pitcher Greene has been so-so this year and faces off against the up and down Hahn. One telling stat from yesterday, the A's only struck out one time as a team. So my advice don't trust the winning trend to stop just because it has been going a while. Take the A's!
Roboter (1-0) has now started a new seasonal record, now that there are enough cumulative stats on the season to run the simulations on actual current stats. Today Roboter agrees with my assessment and says the score will be: A's 3, Tigers 2.
